Dalton, our CEO, grew up in the construction industry. His family owned a roofing company. When COVID hit, he dropped out of college to work for a restoration company, and later ran restoration vendor relationships from the property management side. After four years helping companies adopt technology, he's now focused on one thing: helping restoration companies win.

Jacob, our CTO, spent the last four years building AI and optimization systems where being wrong is expensive: oil and gas platforms, patient dosing models, fraud detection for consumers. He's building Plentitude's compliance engine the same way: every claim, rejection, and outcome sharpens the next one. He works directly with restoration contractors, so the system reflects how the work actually gets done.
